This year (May 12th) was the 20th Annual Art Car Parade in Houston. I wasn't there. But I heard about it from some old friends. Might have been nice to have met with the ringmaster for this year's event, the Grandfather of Punk himself, George Clinton...but I'll just have to look at webpics/vids of the winners like anyone else who wasn't there to enjoy what can only be experienced.
